About the role

This role runs evening and weekend SAP FICO batches on a live S/4HANA system, taking commerce-background learners from first principles to interview-ready. The academic framework, scheduling and learner operations are handled for you; you bring the consulting judgement a textbook cannot.
What you will do
- Deliver live sessions on the Cokonet five-part standard, practical first
- Review assignments to an employer-grade standard, with feedback learners can act on
- Run realistic mock interviews on finance scenarios and build workplace soft skills
- Track submissions with the Academic Team and step in early when a learner drifts
- Score the Career Readiness Index honestly; nobody gets inflated past the bar
